Refund Policy:
A 100% refund would be granted under the following conditions:
i) If a product(s) is found inauthentic at any time after your purchase:
ii) Production or shipping damage(s);
iii) Prior request for cancellation to your order made by you within 6 hours of purchase (please contact us via email/phone number provided in ‘’Contact Us’’ section of Haute24.com within 6 hours of your order). If cancellation is not requested within this timeframe then a 20% cancellation fee will be charged on the total amount of the order.
iv) For orders in which the product(s) may have gone out of stock, under such circumstances, such order will get cancelled and the payment received against such order will be refunded or if the customer consents, store credits shall be granted which may be expended for a subsequent order.
All the international refunds take 4 to 6 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. In cases where order is cancelled before delivery, refunds may take 4 to 6 weeks of accepting the refund request.
For any other reason(s), Haute24 solely reserve the right in grant of refunds.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We reserve the right to returns or exchanges of product(s) within 7 days of Your shipment delivery date. Most electronic product(s), watches and jewellery have the same international warranty extended by the brands.
Product Discrepancies:
If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the product(s) delivered is the incorrect product(s), please contact Haute24 at the soonest (within 7 days of delivery of your shipment) to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to us within 7 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use product(s) that you believe are incorrect as it may preclude our ability to exchange and/or replace the discrepant product(s). You may be requested to provide photographs/video clips of the discrepant product(s) to help us better assist you.
Return Eligibility:
All returned or exchanged product(s) must be:
- Returned within 7 days
- In original or/and saleable condition
- Returned with attached price tag(s), warranty cards, gift receipts, care cards, manuals, and accessories provided with the product(s).
- Packed (boxed where necessary) and sealed appropriately for the safety of the product(s).
We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:
- Any signs of wear/usage of the product(s)
- Part(s) of the product(s) are missing.
- Color and size dislikes
Apparel such as Jeans, pajamas, tops, tshirts, sleepwear, lingerie, bras, panties, leggings, outerwear and other apparel are non-returnable in any circumstances. The items with price above Rs. 50,000/- are non-refundable and we reserve the rights for exchanges with a restocking fee payable by the customer which is 20% off the value of the product.
We shall not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit due to improper packing by the customer. The exchange is subject to availability of the product(s).
Modification of Orders:
We reserve the right, in granting modification/alteration to your order(s), after such booking, in no other circumstances shall a modification/alteration of your order be granted.
Advance Payments:
Booking of your orders on a cash on delivery mode of payment can be availed on select product(s), at a fixed monetary price, in which, we possess the sole discretion in affixing of such prices and such prices, are susceptible to change from time to time,
For all other orders, a minimum of 75% (‘’Partial payment’’) of the price can be processed at the time of booking such order and the rest of the price shall be processed after the order has been placed with.
A full payment in advance may be required to book all special offers e.g., the doorbusters.

For every order you process though Our Site, one of Our sales representatives will be assigned to you and shall confirm your order subject to your adherence to all these terms.
